Stephan A. Hicks, 63, of Richmond, died September 28, 2024. He was the Executive Director of My Brothers Keeper. Surviving are his wife, Monica L. Hayes-Hicks; two daughters, Shevelle Montgomery (Brandon) and Stephanie Hicks; granddaughter, Tatum Montgomery; father, Johnny H. Dabney, Jr. (Sharon); stepchildren, Mireilla, Chelsea, Patricia and Melvin Gooden, Jr.; step granddaughter, Camila Radinovic; two sisters, Shelia Kibler (Larry) and Candace Groom (William); four brothers, Stevie Hendricks, Michael Dabney, Timothy Hicks and Andre Hicks; other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held Thursday, October 10 from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held 11 a. m. Friday, October 11 at New Cannan International Church, 1708 Byron St. Pastor D. Edwin Whitehead, officiating. Interment Private.
