Thomas Ray Lowe III, 77, of Chicago, Illinois, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 27th, 2024 in Memphis, Tennessee. Born on December 8th, 1946, in Chicago, Illinois, he was the beloved son of the late Thomas Ray Lowe II and Evelyn Watkins. His presence and spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, October 9, 2024 from 11:00am-12:00 noon with a Celebration of Life to follow at 12:00 noon both will be held at RS Lewis & Sons 2944 Walnut Grove Road, Memphis, TN 38111.

Internment will be in West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery, 4000 Forest Hill Irene Road, Memphis, TN 38125
