Otis Eugene Chapman,56, of New Bern died Sunday, October 6, 2024.

Viewing hours are 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM Friday and 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Saturday at Oscar’s Mortuary.

His service is 1:00 PM, Monday, October 14, 2024 at First Missionary Baptist Church 819 Cypress Street. The interment will follow at New Bern Memorial Cemetery.

He is survived by his nine children, Tyler, Bria, Otisha, Janea, Darnisha, Cypress, Tynikqua, Unikqua and Otis; one grandchild, Jamyla; brother, Maurice Chapman, Charlotte, NC; sisters, Tracy Chapman, Texas and Marlo Chapman, Charlotte.
