A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. EST on Friday, October 11, 2024 at Mt. Zion CME Church, 2626 Lee Rd 243, Smiths, AL with Rev. Melvin Perry, pastor; Rev. Rodriquez Hood, officiating. Public viewing is 12:00-5:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, October 10, 2024.
Terrance Wilson was born December 3, 1977 in Phenix City, AL to Robert L. Wilson, Jr. and the late Silvia Johnson-Wilson.
He professed his life to Christ at an early age and joined Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church. He graduated from Smiths Station High School and he continued his education at Chattahoochee Valley Community College where he received his Associate Degree in Business Management. Terrence worked in the Health Care Industry for 11 years at St. Francis Hospital, Columbus, GA as a Materials Manager.
Terrance loved to spend quality time with friends, family, enjoying fishing and eating out.He supported Alabama football (Family Members' Alma Mater), laughing and always wearing a smile on his face. He was loving and caring person, devoted son, wonderful brother, father, grandfather, dedicated employee, mentor and friend, always thinking of others first. He was a strong man (detested confrontation) yet, his faith elevated him to the level of “amazing." “To know him was to love him.”
Terrance leaves to cherish his loving memory, a daughter, Trinity Mintze, Augusta, GA; granddaughter, Cari Ingram, Augusta, GA; father, Robert L. (Gerera) Wilson, Jr., Vinegrove, KY; siblings, Emil (Beth) Wilson, Smiths Station, AL Jacqueline Wilson, Louisville, KY, Shanay Jackson, Cinncinati, OH; grandmother, Frazzie L. Johnson, Smiths Station, AL; uncle, Clyde Johnson, Jr.; four aunts, Patricia Wilson Hood, Nita Joyce Parker, Pat Jones Hudson, and Rachel Kelly; a nephew and a host of loving relatives, cousins, co-workers and friends. ,
