A Celebration of Life Service in loving memory of Markeva Sonika Kirk will be held 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 25, 2024 at Integrity Funeral Services, 3822 E. 7th Avenue, Tampa 33605 with Apostle Phillip Jenkins, officiating. Interment will follow at Orange Hill Cemetery.

On Tuesday October 1,2024 Markeva Sonika Kirk departed this world. Markeva was born in Tampa, Florida on August 27, 1986 to the late Sedina Louvina Kirk and Tyrone Divine. She was preceded in death by her mother Sedina Kirk, father Tyrone Divine, her sons Henry Harden JR. and Donquill Mack, and grandparents Joe Kirk and Etwanda House Kirk and Jessie Foster. She grew up in Tampa and remained and resided in Tampa all of her life. She attended school in Hillsborough County.

She loved to laugh. She liked the game of dominos. Her name was big baby to her Aunties and family.

She had a big heart of gold and she showed so much love in her purpose and destiny in life as being a

care giver/Foster/Adoptive Mother to children she was Mother, Momma. Momma Nika. She was her sister’s keeper. She would give you the shirt off of her back. And she is the true definition of they don’t make em like her any more. She was loved and adored by many.

She leaves to cherish her memory her children Markell, Markis, Markus, Markez, Markayla Gillyard and Sedina Boderick Granddaughter Kell’ Ani Gillyard, (1) Sister Kennethia Robertson, (3 Aunts) Underthia House, Jacqueline and Syaundia Kirk, Favorite cousin Aurelia Williams and Emariyn Mchayle, Step Dad Kenneth Robertson, Step brother Joe Robertson, (6)Great Aunts Lillie Register, Mother Ellen Jenkins, Jewel Jenkins, Pastor Ophelia House, Mother Gloria House, Mother Josephine House (3) Great Uncles Deacon Samuel (Evangelist Diann) House, Tyrone House, Napoleon House. The Kirk, House, Robertson, Foster, and Divine families. A host of other cousins, and sorrowing relatives and friends. Glory Bible and Zion Temple Church families.

The Visitation will be held Thursday, October 24. 2024 at Integrity Funeral Services 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
