Bruce E. Burleigh, 65, of Richmond, died October 19, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parents, Annette and Samuel L. Burleigh, III. Surviving are his son, Bruce E. Burleigh, II; a daughter, Kamilah Burleigh; brother, Samuel L. Burleigh IV (Anne); two sisters, Karen B. Franklin (David) and Barbara B. Taylor (Michael); nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews, other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held Tuesday, October 29 from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, October 30 at Westwood Baptist Church, 915 Glenburnie Road.
