MR. AMOS PERRY, JR. – AGE 80, - Of Chantilly, Virginia and formerly of Summerville, Georgia passed away on Saturday, October 26, 2024. He was born on December 30, 1943 to the late Amos Perry, Sr. and Leola Connley Perry. He was preceded by his wife, Charlotte Pollard Perry , daughter, Dr. Audrey Perry Woullard, sisters, Mary Perry Reese Curtis, Dixie Lee Perry, Betty Simmons, and Christella Crawford; and brother, James Connley. Mr. Perry was a Retired United States Army Veteran and was Honorably Discharged.

Survivors are his loving and devoted daughter, Porscha Davis of Chantilly, Virginia; one granddaughter, Jada Woullard of Miami, Florida; sister, Joyce Pope of Florida; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Homegoing Celebration will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2024 at 2:00 P. M. at New Bethel Baptist Church, 281 Georgia Avenue, Summerville, Georgia 30747, with Reverend Anita Cloud and Pastor Charles Watkins officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 12:30 P. M. on Saturday until the funeral hour. Interment, Chattanooga National Cemetery, 1200 Bailey Avenue, Chattanooga, Tennessee on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at 12:30 P. M. Arrangements entrusted to Willis Funeral Home, Inc., Dalton, Georgia.
