Charlotte attended public schools in Houston County. She worked with the Houston County Hospital as a cook for over 20 years. Her love for food helped her reach many lives.

Charlotte gave her life to Christ at an early age. She was a member of Spring Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. She was also a member of Union of Brothers and Sisters of Love of The United States of America, established in 1911 in Kathleen, GA. Charlotte was member of Lodge #3 as of December 6, 1988.

Charlotte married Carlton Durham on April 5, 1953. From their marriage they had three children; Carl Lee Durham of Columbus, GA., Kenneth Durham of Warner Robins, GA., Emma D. Warren (Willie J. Jr) of Radcliff, KY. Preceded by her parents Jim and Annie

Feagin, and five siblings; Mary Liza Felton, Tammer Holiday, Annie Pearl Molden, Lavonna Farms, and Saul Feagin. One sister in law to cherish her memory Annie M. Feagin (Saul).

Charlotte leaves to cherish her memory 7 grandchildren; Christina Wilson, Hollis Durham (Carry), Tavarus Jones (Tiffany), James Warren (Courtney), Anthony Williams, Ken’Needra Durham, and Prince Durham; and eighteen great grandchildren. With a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
