Lowe, Ms. Carol, a resident of Hayneville, AL, departed this life on Thursday, November 7, 2024. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2024 at 1:00PM from Phillips-Riley Chapel, Rev. Je'Don Lowe, officiating.

Ms. Lowe will lie in state on Friday, November 15, 2024 from 1-8PM at Phillips-Riley Funeral Home.
