Halie Merrell Williams, 20, of Woodruff, went home to be with the Lord on November 12, 2024. She was the loving fiancé of Jacob Huey and the daughter of April Evans (Chelsea Smith) and Scott Williams (Shanna Williams). She was so full of life and brightened every room she walked into.

In addition to her fiancé and parents, she is survived by: her sisters, Cadence Williams, Alex Billingsley; her brothers, Christian, Jake and Kasey Billingsley; her step brothers, Raymond and Camdyn Groomes, Zachariah Henderson, and Israel Fincher; and her grandparents, Julie and Steve Williams, Bo Evans, Charles Garrett, Angela Smith, and John Ray Wood; two nephews, Harlum and Kayson; and an unborn niece.

She was predeceased in death by: her grandparents, Gwen Jurew, Dot Raines, Walter Evans Jr., Barbara Garrett and Bobby Dean Williams.

Halie will lie in state on Friday, November 15, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at The John Stinson Woodward Memorial Chapel, 602 Howard St., Spartanburg, SC.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. at The John Stinson Woodward Memorial Chapel, Spartanburg, SC.The family will receive friends at 7:00 p.m. prior to the service.

The family is at the home of her mother, 149 Terrace Point Dr, Woodruff SC.
