Sammie James Cooper, 78, husband of Louise Brown Cooper died Saturday, November 16, 2024 at his residence. He was born December 10, 1946 in Lee County, SC. A son of the late Drayton Cooper Sr. and Mozelle White Cooper.

Public viewing will be held Sunday, November 24, 2024 at Hayes F. Samuels, Sr., Memorial Chapel, 114 North Church St. Manning, SC.

Celebration of life will be held 11:00AM Monday, November 25, 2024 at Melina Presbyterian Church, Gable, SC. Burial will follow in the churchyard cemetery.

The family is receiving friends 4:00PM til 9:00PM daily, at the home of his son, Sammie Jr., 1257 Travis Lane, Manning, SC.
