Veola Alexander, 48, passed on Sunday, November 17, 2024 in Columbus, GA.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. EST on Friday, November 29, 2024 in the C.T. Chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Rev. Evelyn McFolley, officiating.

Veola Alexander, age 48, of Columbus, Georgia, passed away on November 17th at Piedmont Midtown. She was born on January 31, 1976, in Fort Mitchell, Alabama and was the daughter of the late Willie Mae Alexander.

Veola worked as a production worker for over 20 years and was a proud 1994 graduate of Jordan High School. She had a deep love for her family and was devoted to her church. A dedicated and loving mother, Veola cherished spending time with her family and friends, and she will be remembered for her sweet spirit and kind heart.

She was preceded in death by her mother and two siblings, Catherine Butler and Geneva Alexander.

Veola is survived by her four children: Demetrius Alexander, Travis Alexander, Deion Alexander, and Felicia Alexander. She has two predeceased siblings: the late Catherine Butler and the late Geneva Alexander. She also leaves behind three siblings Judy Williams, Samuel Alexander, and her twin sister, Viola Alexander. Additionally, she is survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
