Robert Herring was born to Sam and Mary Herring of Thomasville, Georgia. Robert was active in Trinity Baptist Church as a young man and worked very hard. He lived in Maryland before returning to Thomasville, Georgia.

Robert departed this life on November 15, 2024 at Thomasville Care Center.

Robert proceeded in death, two sisters and one brother.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his uncle and aunt Mr. Elvin and Christine Herring of Thomasville, Georgia; and many loving family members and neighborhood friends.

Home going service will be Saturday, November 23, 2024 at 1PM at the Stevens-McGhee chapel with Pastor Jeremy Rich, officiating. Burial will follow in North End Cemetery.
