Official Notice of Transition granted by The Family of Mr. Michael Lanier:

It is with profound sadness that our staff stand alongside this loving family to announce the passing of Mr. Michael Lanier, born on December 11, 1952, and touched the hearts of many, leaving behind cherished memories of love.

Mr. Michael Lanier of Valdosta, Georgia, crossed that golden bar on November 24, 2024.

“Crossing the Golden Bar” - When a sailor's life is over, and his voyage on earth is done, He crosses that golden bar, and his soul is forever won. The golden bar that shines so bright, Is the entrance to eternal light, where loved ones wait with open arms, to welcome him to his place of eternity. So let us not mourn his passing, but celebrate his life and legacy, for though he's gone, his memory stays, and in our hearts, his love will always sway.

Family Visitation: The Lanier Family will receive friends and well-wishers on Saturday, November 30, 2024, from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM at the Ralph Harrington Memorial Chapel - 713 Lake Park Road - Valdosta GA.
