FREEMAN, Mr. Melvin, a resident of Tuskegee, AL, passed November 21, 2024, at East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, AL. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 30, 2024, at 1:00 P.M. in the McKenzie’s Funeral Home Chapel, Tuskegee, AL. Interment will follow in the Ashdale Cemetery, Tuskegee, AL, McKenzie’s Funeral Home Staff, directing. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 29, 2024, from 2:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

Mr. Freeman will lie in state one hour prior to the service.
