Edna Earl Taylor Hicks, 75, a native of Jones County, N. C. died Saturday, November 30, 2024 at CarolinaEast Medical, New Bern.

Her service is 3:00 PM Sunday at Oakey Grove M. B. Church 1002 Ten Mile Fork Rd. Trenton.

She is survived by her sons, Cecil Lamont Clophus, San Antonio, TX and Dwyane Edward Clophus, Houston, TX; one daughter, Angela Clophus Mack, San Antonio, TX; one brother, George R. Taylor, Pollocksville, NC; five sisters, Mary Alice Taylor, New Bern, Nancy Taylor Gaskill, Pollocksville, NC, Nettie Jane Taylor Chapman, Spring Valley, CA, Barbara Taylor Siefken, Midland, GA and Wanda Taylor Scott, Pollocksville; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
