Gracie Williams McCraw

Gracie Williams McCraw of Memphis, Tennessee peacefully entered the arms of the Lord on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 in Olive Branch, Mississippi surrounded by family.

She was born on Sunday, August 30, 1953, to the late Isaac Dickerson and Lemon Williams in Memphis, Tennessee.

A woman of incredible strength and compassion, Gracie dedicated her life to family and friends, and over 50 years as an employee at the United States Postal Service in Memphis, Tennessee. Her warmth could light up any room, and her kindness touched countless lives.

She leaves behind a legacy of faith, cherished by her three children: Lisa (Sean) Clayton, Maria (German) Perez, and Melissa McCraw; three grandchildren, Blake Jackson, Luke Perez, and Grace Perez; her sister, Annie Chambers; brothers-in-laws, Sammy (Patricia) McCraw, Bobby (Vera) McCraw, sisters-in-laws Susie (Wayne) Hill, Miranda (Ray) Jones, Katie (Vincent) Laws, Zondra Williams, lifelong friend Carol (Erby) Price; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and loved ones who will forever treasure her wisdom, and love.

The family will receive friends Saturday, December 7, 2024 from 9:00am-10:55am with a Celebration of Life to follow at 11:00am all services will be held at

Interment will be in West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery, 4000 Forest Hill Irene Rd, Memphis, TN 38125
