MR. JOHN MARSHALL ADAMS ?Çô AGE 58, - Of Rossville, Georgia passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2012. He attended Marble Top Baptist Church and a Veteran of the U. S. Army National Guard. He was preceded in death by his father, Mr. Samuel Adams, two brothers, Mr. Roy Adams, and Mr. Charles Adams.Survivors are his loving family, daughter, Ms. Christa Adams of Nashville, Tennessee; mother, Mrs. Betty Langston Adams; brothers and sister, Mr. Samuel Wayne Adams, Mr. Joe M. (Linda) Adams, Mr. Jerry L. (Regina) Adams, Mrs. Wanda Jean (Robert) Porter, Mr. Joseph L. (Marie) Adams, of Rossville, Georgia; soul mate, Mrs. Mary R. Upshaw Adams; stepdaughter, Ms. Elizabeth Knox; two step grandchildren, Kaselynn Careathers, Javen Lewis, of Kensington, Georgia; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.Funeral service will be held Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. from the Marble Top Baptist Church located at 7131 N. Marble Top Rd. in Chickamauga, Georgia with Pastor Maurice Laster officiating. The family will receive friends Monday evening, February 13, 2012 at the church from 6:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. Interment, Chattanooga National Cemetery.
