MRS. ALICE BENFORD ?Çô AGE 69, - Of Rossville, Georgia passed away Sunday, February 19, 2012. She was a longtime resident of the Dewberry Community. She was retired from Hutcheson Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. Ossie Buchanan, Sr. and Mrs. Lorene Buchanan, husband, Mr. Robert Lee Benford, two brothers, Mr. Ossie (?Ç£Buster?ÇØ) Buchanan, Jr. and Mr. Eugene Buchanan.Survivors are her loving family, two sons, Mr. Jarvis Benford, of Rossville, Georgia and Mr. Robert Benford, of Chattanooga, Tennessee; two daughters, Mrs. Florene (Philip) Buchanan, Ms. Eugenia Glover of Rossville, Georgia; three grandchildren, Ms. Latrice McLin, Mrs. Falicia (Corey) Bauldwin, Ms. Erica Buchanan; three great-grandchildren, Haleigh and Caiden Bauldwin, and Montez Stephens; two sisters, Mrs. Eula Mae Harris and Mrs. Deloris Harris, both of Rossville; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.Funeral Services will be Saturday, February 25, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at New Salem Baptist Church 756 Dewberry Road, Rossville, Georgia with Elder Andre Sharpe and other ministers officiating.
