Christine Cameron, age 66 of Athens, GA passed December 8, 2024.

Christine (Hiles) Cameron transitioned to be with her Heavenly Father at Saint Mary’s Hospital, Athens, GA, on Sunday December 8, 2024.

Christine was born in Maurice River Township on May 9,1958 to the late Purification and Mildred Cartagena. She had many hobbies and talents including writing, drawing, sewing, crocheting, Judo, gardening, and farming. She took up Horticulture at Cumberland County College and it was her dream to open her own Floral Nursery. She loved talking and writing to family and friends. Christine was previously employed by Bally’s Casino and Walmart. Also, she previously ran her own produce stand.

Christine is survived by three daughters, Tonya Pierce, Desiree Johnson, and Mena Jolly. She is predeceased by her parents and husband James Cameron.

A private ceremony will be held at Haleyville Cemetery in New Jersey.
