MR. JOSEPH HOUSTON JACKSON ?Çô AGE 74, - Of Lima, Ohio passed away June 30, 2012. He was preceded in death by his parents, George Washington and Mattie Cannon Jackson, five brothers, three sisters, and one son, James Edward Kirby.Survivors are his three daughters, Rochelle (Tony) Knox of LaFayette, Georgia, Melissa A. Jackson ?Çô Robinson of Cleveland, Ohio, Stephanie D. Jackson of Lima, Ohio; son, Reggie (Olivia) Jackson of Tampa, Florida; twelve grandchildren, one great grandchild; four sisters, Lula Mae Elkins of California, Helen Madden of Summerville, Georgia, Geraldine (Cleveland) Smith of LaFayette, Linda (Khalid) Kamal of Las Vegas; three brothers, Wilson Jackson of LaFayette, Glen (Bernice) Jackson of Cleveland, Ohio, Timothy (Margaret) Jackson of Dalton, Georgia; other sisters-in-law, Bessie Jackson, and Carolyn Jackson; brothers-in-law; aunts, Lois Thomas of Chickamauga, Georgia, Violet Jackson of LaFayette; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.Funeral Service will be Sunday, July 8, 2012 at 2:00 p. m. at Prospect Baptist Church with Rev. Archie Jackson and Pastor Lopez Ludy officiating. The family will receive friends at the church one hour before the service. Interment, Jackson Family Cemetery in LaFayette.
