OPELOUSAS – Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 14, 2024 at Ford and Joseph Funeral Home in Opelousas, LA for Ms. Effie Marie Frank, 67, who entered eternal rest on Sunday, December 8, 2024 at her home in Lafayette, LA with her family by her side.

Rev. Nicholas Thomas will be officiating the funeral service.

Ms. Frank’s memories are being cherished by: her son, Larry G. Frank of Lafayette, LA; two daughters, Delores M. Frank of Houston, TX and Natalie M. Frank of Opelousas, LA; her mother, Inez G. Frank of Opelousas, LA; three brothers, her twin Eddie Frank, Xavier Frank and Malcolm (Barbara) Frank, all of Opelousas, LA; four sisters, Cheryl Frank, Heather Smith (Bartholomew), Wanda Frank and Debra Mack, all of Opelousas, LA; nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her father, Walker Frank and her brother, Roger Dale Frank.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2024 from 12:00 p.m. to 12:45 p.m. at Ford and Joseph Funeral Home.
