MRS. MILDRED ANDERSON POWELL ?Çô AGE 85, - Of Rocky Face, Georgia passed away Friday, October 5, 2012. She was retired from the Dalton Public School and Hi-Life Bible Camp. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Powell, Sr., parents, Lynn and Arizona Garner Anderson, four brothers, Harold Anderson, Eugene Anderson, James Anderson, John Henry Anderson, and one sister, Virginia Anderson Berry.Survivors are her three children, Claudia (Min. Eugene) Miller of Dalton, Jacqueline (Roosevelt) Hester of Tunnel Hill, Georgia, and Frank (Annette) Powell, Jr. of Calhoun, Georgia; four grandchildren, Brett (Briann) Miller, Anthony Henderson, Kelly Powell, and James Henderson; one sister, Martha Ann (Jerome) Watson, of Dalton; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.Funeral Service will be Monday, October 8, 2012 at 1:00 p. m. at the Willis Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Jerry D. Jones, Sr. officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 5:00 ?Çô 7:00 p. m. Her remains will lie in state at the funeral home Sunday after 1:00 p. m.
