MRS. JULIA MAE (JUDY) FROST STAMPER SIMS - Of Chattanooga, Tennessee passed away Saturday, October 20, 2012. She was a member of New Salem Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mattie L. Frost, father, Daniel Coney, son, David Todd Frost, stepfather, R. J. Frost, granddaughter, Kimore Stamper. She is survived by her sons, Emmanuel Stamper, Jr., Corey E. Stamper of Albion, Michigan, Jason C. Stamper; daughter, Bridgette S.
