Born Tuesday, June 19, 1962 in Atlanta, Georgia. He was the husband of Lamanaca Moultrie McDowell.

The family will receive friends Saturday, December 21, 2024 from 10:00am-10:55am with a Celebration of Life to follow 11:00am both will be held at Citadel of Deliverance Church 4350 Hacks Cross Rd, Memphis, TN 38125

Interment will be in West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery, 4000 Forest Hill Irene Rd, Memphis, TN 38125
