MRS. BETTY JO WHEELER SUTTLE- Of Lafayette, Georgia passed away Sunday, February 17, 2013 . She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Suttle, Sr., her parents, Daniel Webster, Mamie Forney Wheeler, and seven sisters. She was a member of Happy Home Baptist Church and retired from the Walker County Department of Family and Children Service.Survivors are her four sons, Robert Lee Suttle, Jr., Stacey Twyman Suttle of Lafayette, Georgia, Retired Master Sgt. Shannon Chevette (Gloria) Suttle, Sr., and Kota Chalfant (Rhonda K.) Suttle of Atlanta, Georgia; thirteen grandchildren, six great grandchildren; two sisters, Martha Maxwell, Annie W. Mull of Cleveland, Ohio; brother, Eugene Wheeler of Sidney, Ohio; two sisters-in-law, Marlene (Morris) Allen, Catherine (Jimmy) Williams; two aunts, Ernestine Suttle, and Gladys Wheeler, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.Funeral Service will be held Thursday, February 21, 2013 at Happy Home Baptist Church, Lafayette, GA. at 1:00 P. M. with her son, Kota Chalfant Suttle as Eulogist and pastor Albert Evans, Sr. presiding. The family will receive friends at the church Wednesday evening from 6:30 - 8:00 P. M. Interment, Lafayette Cemetery.
