Obituary For Barry Davis

MR. BARRY LAWRENCE DAVIS -AGE 61, - of Calhoun, Georgia and formerly of Jasper, (Pickens County), Georgia passed away onMonday, February 25, 2013 at Floyd Medical Center. He was a member of the Baptist Faith and a Veteran of the U. S. Army. He was preceded in death by a dear friend, Sandra Alberta Curtis Buck.Survivors are his son, Durane Davis of Huntsville, Alabama; stepchildren, daughter, Emily Darlene Buck of Jacksonville, North Carolina; two sons, Larry Buck, Jr. of Calhoun, Georgia, Darryl (Chastity) Buck of Resaca, Georgia; four grandchildren, close family friends,Virginia Aspon, Malikay Street, Rickey Bryant, Diane Mann, Joan Carter and family; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friend.Funeral Service will be held Thursdy evening, February 28, 2013 at 7:30 p. m. at the Friendship Baptist church, 452 West Line Street, Calhoun, Georgia with Rev. Leo Hampton and other ministers officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:30 p. m. until the funeral hour. Interment, Georgia National Cemetery on Friday, March 1, 2013 at 12:30 p. m.
