Obituary For Archie Hanner, Jr.

MR. ARCHIE OTTO HANNER, JR. - Age 65,- Of Hixson, Tennessee passed away Thursday, February 028, 2013. He was born in Centre, Alabama, graduated from Booker T. Washington High School and University of Tennessee of Chattanooga, attended Chattanooga State, a Veteran of the U. S. Army, and was a member of Second St. James Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by one sister, Patricia Vaughn.Survivors are his wife, Shirley Hanner; one son, Armond Hanner of Chattanooga, Tennessee; parents, Rev. Archie Otto Hanner, Sr. and Milvyn E. Hanner; two sisters, Lottie Farmer of Hixson, Tennessee and Milvyn Ann Canday of Atlanta, Georgia; brothers, Jerry (Shilia) Hanner of Chattanooga, Freddie (Dorothy) Hanner of Louisville, Kentucky, Rev. James (Loris) Hanner of Rome, Georgia, Terry Hanner, and Cecil Hanner of Chattanooga, Rev. Tommy Hannah, Charles (Juanita) Nichols, of Atlanta; grandchildren, ArMondria Latrease Robinson-Hanner, ArMiracle Montgomery Hanner, JaMond Hanner, Wayneisha Demonbruen, Jashun Montgomery; special friends, Jasmine Montgomery, Wilmecia Robinson; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.Graveside Service will be held Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at 1:30 P. M. at the Chattanooga National Cemetery with Rev. Jimmie Ingram and other ministers officiating. The family will receive friends on Monday, March 4, 2013 from 7:00 until 8:00 P.
