Ms. Mary Jane Cooper Robinson, - Age 61, - Of Dalton, Georgia passed away Thursday, February 28, 2013. She was born on September 19, 1951 to James Lee Cooper and the late Jessie Mae Betton Cooper. She was a member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church. For many years, she was employed with the State of Georgia Rehabilitation Service. She was preceded in death by one brother, Mr. Clinton Betton.Survivors are one daughter, Tammy (Chris) Jackson; stepson, Mike Robinson; father, James Lee Cooper; grandchildren, Summer Jackson, Lauren Jackson, Chandler Jackson, Beyonce Robinson, London Robinson, and Preston Robinson; sisters and brothers, Syble Jean (Johnny) Gregory, Pamela Cooper (Clinton) Hampton, James Cooper, Jr., Bryan Cooper; nieces and nephews, Bridget, Brett, Aisha, Ebony, Gregory, Shareda, Jasma, Diana, and Jamie; a host of great nieces and nephews; very special cousin, Lynette Stokes; very special friend and ex-husband, Michael Robinson; special aunt and uncle, Betty and Henry Baker; aunts, Eva Lou Rivers, Charlotte Cooper; uncle, Leon (Marion) Cooper; other relatives, and friends.Funeral Service will be held Monday, March 4, 2013 at 1:00 p. m. at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Wayne Johnson, Eulogist, Dr. Charles McAfee, Dr. Jerry D. Jones, Sr., and other ministers officiating. Her remains will lie in state on Sunday at the funeral home after 11:00 a. m. until the funeral hour. Interment, West Hill Cemetery.
