MR. JOSEPH RICHARD - AGE 82, - Of Adairsville, Georgia passed away Monday, June 10, 2013 at the Cartersville Medical Center. He was a U. S. Army Veteran and was preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Lillian Harris Richard, two sons ,Bobby Richard, and Joe David Richard.Survivors are his chidren, Wanda (Jerry)Henderson, John D. Richard, Priscilla (Lamar) Lovingood, Carolyn (Andrew) Richey, Janice (Johnny) Pritchett, Melissa (Robert) Henderson, all of Adairsville, Georgia, Barbara Owens of Kingston, Georgia; brother, Sammie Lee Richard of Atlanta, Georgia; sisters, Thelma Brown of Dallas, Texas, Betty Jean Richard, Oldmae Richard, and Louise Richard, all of Atlanta; twenty grandchildren, thirty-one great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren; aunt, Joan Shropshire; uncle, Jim Bo Johnson; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.Funeral Service will be held Saturday, June 15, 2013 at 2:00 p. m. at the Omega Church of God In Christ with Brother Billy Harris officiating. The family will receive friends at the church one hour before the service. His remains will lie in state at the funeral home on Friday after 11:00 a. m. Interment, Poplar Spring Cemetery.
