Obituary For Phyllis Chattam

MS. PHYLLIS DELETTE CHATTAM - AGE 58, - Of Calhoun, Georgia passed away Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at Cartersville Medical Center. Phyllis graduated in 1972 from Calhoun High School, attended Clark College, was a member of Friendship Baptist Church, and was employed with Mohawk Industries for over thirty-five years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rev. Leroy Chattam and Mrs. Mary Lee Pitts Chattam.She leaves to cherish her memories with her loving family, a devoted son, Christopher Wilson; two brothers, Leroy ("Bubba") (Celeste) Chattam, Antonio Chattam; nieces, Antonia Chattam, Whitney Chattam; great nieces, Dania McDaniel, Lucy Chattam; nephews, Cassidy Chattam, Ryan Chattam; great nephews, Landon Chattam, Caleb Chattam, Jace Chattam; aunts, Maude Chattam, all of Calhoun, Georgia, Carrie Conley of Detroit, Michigan, Alfonia Davenport, Judy Howell of Jasper, Georgia; a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends.Funeral Service will be held Monday, June 24, 2013 at 1:00 at Friendship Baptist Church in Calhoun, Georgia with Pastor James Washington and other ministers officiating. The family will receive friends at the church Sunday evening from 6:00 - 7:30 p. m. Interment, Chandler Cemetery.
