Obituary For Grady Beasley, Jr.

MR. GRADY BEASLEY, JR. - AGE 58, - of Rome, Georgia and formerly of Cartersville, Georgia passed away Friday, November 22, 2013 at Redmond Regional Medical Center. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mrs. Margie Nell Beasley, Mr. Grady Beasley, Sr., and his granddaughter, Daniell Beasley. He was a U. S. Army Veteran. Survivors are his loving family, three children, Grady Beasley, III, Stephanie A. Majied, Marie (Andrew) Beasley-Smith; one brother, Rev. Sammy Glenn (Sylvia) Beasley; one sister, Darlene (Peter) Dunnah, his fiancee’, Donna Turner; six grandchildren, Gabriel Majied, Brandon Harris, Grady Beasley, IV, Alina Majied, Tabitha Smith, and Lilith Majied – Wick; three nieces, Takia Beasley, Rev. Margaret Conley, and Jerrica Oliver; one stepdaughter, Rebekah (Michael) Oliver, one step granddaughter, Leah Douglas; two aunts, Joann (Dan) Price and Nancy Louise Beasley; one special cousin, F. Daniel Price; a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends. Funeral Service will be held Friday, November 29, 2013 at 2:00 p. m. at Mount Zion Baptist Church with Rev. Bernard Lark and other ministers officiating. His remains will lie in state at the church on Friday from 12:00 noon until the funeral hour. The family will also receive friends at his residence on Wednesday, November 27, 2013 from 12:00 noon – 8:00 p. m. at 17 Aubrey Street, Cartersville.
