MRS. FLORA B. JOHNSON- Of Cartersville, Georgia passed away Thursday, December 26, 2013 at her residence. She is preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Delanor Johnson, Sr., two children, Marion Douglas Johnson and Michael Renee Johnson, parents, Elisha Moore and Magnolia Johnson Moore, sisters, Julia Greene, Margaret Moore, Maria, and brother, Troy Moore. She is survived by children, Mary Johnson, James (Kathy) Johnson, Franklin (Joy) Johnson, and Willie Troy (Charlotte) Johnson, all of Cartersville; grandchildren, James Johnson, Jr., Shukee Johnson, Shuree Jones, Elisha Johnson, Franklin Johnson, III., Leon Bull, Justin Bull, Gabrielle Allen, Nya Allen, Aryeh Allen, Lavada Johnson, Victor Davis, Tasheka Marshall, Nevin Johnson, Dustin Johnson, and Christian Johnson; ten great grandchildren; sisters, Elizabeth Barrett, Christine Arnold, and Hannah Pye; special nieces, Gerogeann Pettigrew, Vanessa Weems, and Keesha Winters-Watts; special nephews, Wayne Winters, Chris Winters, and Joe Carter; sisters-in-law, Louise King, Ella Lightining, Shirley McMickens, Helen (Sammy) Roper, Zella McMickens, and Barbara (John) Richards; a host other nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends. Homegoing Service will be held Thursday, January 2, 2014 at 1:00 P. M. at the New Hope Baptist Church, 235 Herny McHill Rd., Rydal,Georgia, with Rev. Ernest Bush officiating. The family will receive friends at the church on Wednesday even from 6:00 P. M. until 7:00 P. M. Interment, Oak Hill Cemetery.
