Obituary For Mildred Langston

MRS. MILDRED WOFFORD LANGSTON- Age 66, Of Dalton, Georgia passed away Tuesday, December 24, 2013 at Hamilton Medical Center. She was a member of Community Fellowship Church, was retired from Hamilton Medical Center for 34 Years and was preceded in death by her husband, Love Walton “Jelly” Langston, and parents, Howard and Alma Moore Wofford. She is survived by her children, Raymond (Cathy) Southern, Monica (Rev. Bobby) Calhoun, Herman Daniel, and Maurice Parks; brother, Roland “Ray” Wofford; sisters, Carolyn Hixson and Anita (Oliver) Cobb; aunts, Marion (Leon) Cooper, Mary Blue, Faye Wingfield, Genevelyn Johnson, and Mary Ruth Moore; uncle, Howard Moore; four grandchildren; three great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Homegoing Service will be held Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at 12:00 Noon at the Community Fellowship Church with Bishop Stephen Thomas and other ministers officiating. Her remains will lie in state at the funeral home on Monday after 11:00 A. M. and the family will receive friends from 6:00 P. M. until 7:30 P. M. Interment, West Hill Cemetery.
