Obituary For Mrs. Joyce Powell

MRS. JOYCE DENISE POWELL - AGE 60, Of Dalton, Georgia formerly of Detroit, Michigan passed away Saturday, January 18, 2014 surrounded by her loving family. She was a member of Grace Fellowship Ministries and was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald C. Powell, Jr. She is survived by mother, Lula C. Crenshaw; four daughters, Kenya C. (Robert, III.) Slack, Kimberly D. Powell, Katima R. Powell, Kawan V. (Dionne) Powell; two sons, Ronald C. Powell, III. and Patrick Q. Powell; eight grandchildren, Terrance C. Yopp, Jr., Preston Baldwin, III., Careema M. Yopp, Cameron Powell, Akeyla M. Powell, Corey N. Jones, Regina Jones, Robert Slack, III; two sisters, Patricia Ann Lane and Phillis Jean Bryant; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Homegoing Service will be held on Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at 1:00 P. M. in the Chapel with Pastor Pat Gross and other ministers officiating. Interment, West Hill Cemetery.
