Obituary For Joyce Steele

MRS. JOYCE SCOTT STEELE- AGE 84, Of Calhoun, Georgia passed away Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at Redmond Regional Medical Center. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband, James Walter Steele, parents, James and Ida Kemp Scott, and fifteen other siblings. Survivors are her son, James Russell Steele, Sr.; sister, Hanora S. Gregory; one grandson, James Russell Steele, Jr.; devoted nieces, Dianne Williams, Dee Dee Lacy, Brenda Arnold, Glenda Cooley, Priscilla Gregory, and a host of other loving nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, February 3, 2014 at 12:00 noon at Friendship Baptist Church with Rev. Michael Sherman and Rev. James Washington officiating. The family will receive friends at the church one hour before the service. Interment, Gordon Memorial Gardens.
