MR. THOMAS J. KING – Age 71, Of Atlanta, Georgia passed away Monday, February 24, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas King and Eldora King, two brothers, Napoleon Holley and Robert L. King. He is survived by his wife, Claudette Rivers King; godchildren, Reshida M. Compton, Clinton Dillard, and Tonisia M. Pinson; sisters, Irene K. Kithart, Rev. Marie K. Tapp, Alice O. King and, Demeta K. Hodges; brother, Johnnie Jordan, Jr.; mother-in-law, Eva Lou Rivers; sisters-in-law, Blondell W. King, Minnie Holley, Teresa (Frank) Ray, and Myrtle Betton; brothers-in-law, Curtis (Patricia) Rivers, Jr., Robert (Helen) Rivers, and David (Ollie) Betton; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Homegoing Service will be Saturday, March 1, 2014 at 3:00 P. M. in the Chapel with Rev. Rodney Weaver and other ministers officiating. His remains will lie in state at the funeral home on Friday after 11:00 A. M. Interment, West Hill Cemetery.
