Obituary For Opal Woods

MRS. OPAL JEAN WOODS – AGE 74, - of Chattanooga passed away Tuesday March 11, 2014 . She was a member of Westside Baptist Church and retired from Georgia Department of Human Service and Parkwood Nursing Home. She was preceded in death by her mother, Lucile Woods and her father, Ernest Woods. Survivors are her daughters, Bobbie (James) Johnson, Renee (Ron) Parker; son, Johnny (Mary) McClain, Jr.; special sister, Ernestine (Willie) Golson; grandchildren, Roshonda (David) Woods, James Johnson, Jr., Larry (Denisha) Grimes, Jr., Candice Grimes, Johnnisha McClain; seven great grandchildren; two nieces, Elaine (Dee) Davenport, Minister Jackie (Bobby) Brown; very special friend, Gueron Coker; aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Funeral Service will be Sunday, March 16, 2014 at 2:00 p. m. at the Trammell Chapel of Hardwick and Sons Funeral Home, 913 Martin L. King, Jr. Blvd., Chattanooga.
