Obituary For Georgia Turner

MRS. GEORGIA ANN TURNER - Age 73, Of Adairsville, Georgia passed away Friday, May 30, 2014 at Redmond Regional Medical Center. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Turner, children, Dudley G. Turner, Jeffery B. Turner, and Sharon McConnell, parents, Fred D. Harris and Effie Mae Davis Harris, and one brother, Danny L. Harris. She is survived by her two sons, Timothy (Nan) Harris and Bruce (Elsie) Turner; three daughters, Teresa McClure, Vickie (Tony) Elkins, and Kimberly (Bobby) Gibson; four sisters, Wynelle Davis, Betty Arnold, Joan Carter, and Lavern Harris; three brothers, Fred K. (Jeanette) Harris, Edward Harris, and Lewis (Annie) Harris; twenty-three grandchildren; thirty-four great grandchildren; special friend, Hattie Pullum; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Homegoing service will be held Monday, June 2, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at Adairsville Church of God with Pastor Billy Harris, Pastor W. R. Floyd, and other ministers officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 12:00 Noon until the funeral hour. Interment, Poplar Spring Cemetery.
