Obituary For Cynthia Quinn

MRS. CYNTHIA STORY QUINN – Age 54, - Of Dalton, Georgia passed away Friday, October 24, 2014 at her residence. She was born on October 26, 1959, a member of True Gospel Pentecostal Church, was employed at Regency Park Health Care Center, and was preceded in death by her father, Harold Leon Story, Sr. She is survived by her husband, Alfonza A. Quinn; daughter, Nia Quinn, of Cohutta, Georgia; son, Eric (Maryam) Quinn of the Virginia Beach, Virginia (U. S. Navy); mother, Jeanette Porter Story; sisters, Sandra (Paul) Mosley of Chicago, Illinois and Beverly (Bernard) McClendon of Hillside, Illinois; God Given sister, Stephanie (Thomas) Smith of Rome, Georgia; sister-in-law, Frances Powers of Westpoint, Mississippi; brothers, Curtis Story (special friend, Mary Wade), Harold (Catherine) Story of Chicago, Dr. Thomas (Renea) Story of Redland, California, Michael (Sheila) Story, and Anthony (Michelle) Story of Chicago; two grandchildren, Amariya and Cairo; two aunts, Earline Carmichael of Chicago and Eunice Williams of Los Angeles, California; mother-in-law, Gloria Jean (Lane) Palmer of Chicago; a host of sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Homegoing Celebration Service will be Thursday, October 30, 2014 at 1:00 P. M. at True Gospel Pentecostal Church, 109 Henderson Street, Dalton, with Bishop Reuben Graham officiating. Her remains will lie in state at the funeral home on Wednesday after 11:00 a. m. Interment, West Hill Cemetery.
