MRS. MARION JENKINS WARD – AGE 87, Of LaFayette, Georgia passed away Friday, November 21, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene D. Ward, and parents, Lurlean Laws Bailey Jenkins and Stewart Jenkins. She is survived by her devoted niece, Diana Jenkins of Noble, Georgia; sister, Margaret Yearby of Weems, Virginia; a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and great great nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Homegoing Celebration will be held Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at 11:00 A. M. at New Home Baptist Church in Noble, Georgia with Rev. William Stamper officiating. The family will receive friends at the church one hour before the service. Interment, Chattanooga National Cemetery.
