Obituary For James Arnold

REV. JAMES WESLEY “TANG” ARNOLD - Age 66, Of Cartersville, Georgia left his earthly home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Thursday, December 4, 2014. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He was born in Bartow County, Georgia on May 3, 1948 to the late Mr. Ed Les Arnold and Mrs. Mary Alice (Evans) Arnold. He is survived by his devoted wife of eleven years, Patseen Arnold; one son Edward Arnold and his fiancé, Libby of Cartersville, GA; a step-son, Reginald (Bertha) Edwards of Rome, GA; a step-daughter Pamela (Dontay) Grimes of Cartersville, GA; sister, Eddie Bea Smith of Cartersville, GA; two brothers, Cecil “CJ” Arnold of Cleveland, Ohio and Larry Arnold of Adairsville, GA; sister-in-laws, Faye Arnold, Brenda Arnold, Betty Jo Arnold, a special sister-in-law Christine Arnold; fifteen grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and great friends. Homegoing Service will be held Thursday, December 11, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at New Hope Baptist Church in Rydal, Georgia with Rev. Ernest L. Bush officiating.
