Obituary For Norma Simpson Washington

MRS. NORMA JEAN SIMPSON WASHINGTON- Age 64, of Dalton, Georgia and formerly of Chattanooga, Tennessee passed away January 21, 2015 in a local hospital. She was a member of the Baptist faith and was preceded in death by her parents, Walter Eugene Simpson and Gladys Bell Rooker Simpson, two brothers, Richard “Dicky” Simpson and Steve Simpson, and husband, James Henry “Peter Arnold” Washington. She is survived by one sister, Shirley (William) Austin, Sr.; nieces, Kendra (Armah) Carter and Shonda Tinson; nephews, William L. Austin, Jr., Rodney Simpson, and Steven Simpson; aunt, Christine Rooker Hanson; a host of cousins, other relatives and friends. Funeral Service will be held Monday, January 26, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Jerry Jones and other ministers officiating.
