Obituary For Allen Barrett

MR. ALLEN MEDWICK BARRETT, - AGE 71, - Of Dalton, Georgia passed away on Sunday, February 15, 2015. He was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church and was preceded in death by his parents, father, Allen Lorenza Barrett, mother, Ellaree Verdell Barrett. He is survived by his sister, Myra (Henry) Baker of Tunnel Hill, Georgia; two nieces, Michelle (Randy) Williams of Austell, Georgia and Georgette (Rev. Stanley) Payne of Chattanooga, Tennessee; two great nephews, Christopher Rogers and Ronald Wilbur; a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends. Funeral Service will be held Thursday, February 19, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. in the Chapel with Elder Windell Smith officiating. His remains will lie in state at the funeral home on Wednesday after 11:00 A.M. Interment will be held at Chattanooga National Cemetery at 2:00 P.M.
