MRS. SONYA R. SHROPSHIRE MCGEE – passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jessie Shropshire and Ruby Marsh Shropshire. She is survived by her husband, Randy McGee; two children, Deronta and Dakota McGee; seven sisters, Marva, Shelia, Alanda, Theresa, Gloria, Valerie, and Angela; brothers, Ronald, Dennis, Gregory, Thimothy, Jessie, and Mark Shropshire: a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. At Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church, 182 Hunter Street, Norcross, Georgia 30071. Her remains will lie in state at Gregory B. Levett & Sons Funeral Home, Gwinett Chapel, 914 Scenic Highway, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30045. Interment, Broadlawn Memorial Gardens, 5979 New Bethany Road, Buford, Georgia 30518.
