Obituary For Julia Mae Womble Stalling

MRS. JULIA MAE WOMBLE STALLING – Age 103, Of LaFayette, Georgia passed away on Monday, July 13, 2015. She was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husbands Rev. Robert Womble, and Wesley Stalling, son, Thomas Womble, and daughters, Louise Womble and Joyce Womble Jones. She is survived by her daughters, Bertha Mae Buchanan, Elizabeth Nelson, Nylia Swint, Curlee Holmes, Barbara Ann Brown, Kathleen Bailey, and Geneva Fay Davis; sons, Robert Womble, Jr., Willie (Priscilla) Womble, Nathaniel (Ruby) Womble, and George Ralph Stalling; forty grandchildren, two hundred great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, friends and church family. Funeral service will be held Saturday, July 18, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Dunwoody Road, Lafayette, Georgia with Rev. Willie Womble and Pastor Rheubin M. Taylor officiating. The family will receive friends at the church Friday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Interment, Naomi Cemetery.
