Obituary For Mae Frances Morris

MRS. MAE FRANCES (PARKER) MORRIS - Age 47, of Sidney, Ohio passed away on Monday, July 13, 2015 at her residence after a long battle with cancer. Mae was born in Summerville, Georgia, to the late Eugene Parker and Lucille (Cooper) Parker on August 28, 1967. On November 10, 1997, she was married to Terry Tyrone Morris and was preceded in death by two brothers, Freddie McCutchins and Joe Nathan McCutchins, and one sister, Linda Wiggins. Mae is also survived by her husband, Terry Tyrone Morris; son, Sidney Lavett Johnson, Jr.; grandchildren, Sienna Lee Johnson, Samaria Lazia Johnson and Sidney Lavett Johnson, III; siblings, Viola (Louis) Ellis of Austin, Texas, Johnny (Portia) McCutchins of Sidney, OH, Glenda (Gene) Smith of Summerville, Ella (Billy) Hill of Austin; a host of many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. The Morris family would like to express their heartfelt “Thanks” to all of the caregivers at the Cancer Treatment Center of America, in Chicago, Illinois, for the compassionate care that Mae received throughout her illness. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, July 20, 2015 at 12:00 Noon. At New Spirit and Truth of Jesus Church, 487 Scoggins Street, Summerville, with Bishop Venton Tyrone Hardin and other ministers officiating. Interment, Summerville Cemetery.
