With deep sadness, we announce the untimely passing of Anthony Edwards Lewis Jr., known to many as Slime Po, a talented music producer and a vibrant performer whose passion for life and art resonated deeply with all who knew him. Anthony was born on February 26, 1988, in Sharon, Pennsylvania to the union of Karen D. Lewis and Anthony E. Lewis, Sr. entered eternity January 4, 2025, in Farrell, PA.

Anthony's journey was one marked by creativity and ambition. He pursued his dreams as an artist in the entertainment industry, using his talents to uplift and inspire. His profound love for music pulsed through every beat he crafted, echoing the heart of a young man who called Farrell, PA, his home.

Anthony graduated from Aliquippa High School in 2006. Anthony also participated in football and wrestling as a scholar at Sharon High School. Anthony was a member of Job Corps in Pittsburgh and the Boys & Girls Club in Washington D.C.

Returning to the Farrell community, Anthony actively supported and engaged in positive events to support the children of the city. Annually, Anthony sponsored Back to School Shoe Give-a-ways and Trunk or Treat opportunities. It was a well-known fact-Anthony was a devout Denver Broncos fan!

Anthony developed a stellar reputation both as a local and online rapper better known by his stage presence as Slime Po. Anothny had more than one thousand subscribers on YouTube and engaged several millions of views. Slime Po was featured on LyricalTV and grindTV!!! His videos can be seen various platforms including Apple Music, YouTube, Instagram, and Spotify. In 2021, Slime Po and in partnership with his cousin Mullah, produced a song with nationally renowned rap artist Lil Boosie in Sharon, Pa. Slime Po also produced videos in Atlanta GA.

Besides his parents, Anthony is survived by the love of his life, Tieshia Stubbs, whom he has been with since 2013, son Cam’ron Anthony DeVaughn Lewis, stepdaughter Moniece Short and two godsons Ramere Watts and Dashawn George. Cherished memories will be embraced by Anthony’s siblings Isiaha, Javon, Mason, Rondell, Antonio, Teia, Barbie, Jasmine, D’Asia and Candice.

Anthony will be fondly remembered by his beloved grandmother Helen Tucker, uncle Alan Leak, aunts Gail Leak, Monica Lewis, and Myra Winters, special cousins Mullah, Dupis, Andre, Moosie, Mya, Davon, LaShawn, and the Wiley Brothers.

His legacy will remain vibrant via the love of his godparents Raychel Carr, Tina Allen-Freeman, and Carminal Craig, along with an abundance of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family and friends

As Anthony entered eternity, he was reunited with his maternal grandparents Julia Leak and Lanzy Kelly Sr.; paternal grandparents Barbara Manly and James Lewis; uncle Lanzy Kelly Jr.; best friend/cousin Dashawn “Swag” Dunt Scott and his brother from another mother Traphael ‘Trap” Stubbs, all who preceded him in death.

As we reflect on Anthony’s legacy, we hold onto the cherished memories that he gifted us. His laughter, creativity, and indomitable spirit will always resonate within our hearts. His genuine love for family and authentic passion for the community will embolden generations.

The community is invited to gather at the New Hope Baptist Church, 370 Spruce Ave, Sharon PA on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, to honor his memory. The public is welcome to a viewing and family reception from 9:00 am-11:00 am, followed by a celebration of life service at 11:00 am, with Pastor Tiffany Holden serving as the celebrant.

There will be a committal service at the graveside of his final resting place at Oakwood Cemetery, 600 N Oakland Ave, Sharon, PA, in a ceremony which honors the beautiful melodies of his life.
