MS. FREADA VANESSA DAVIS– Age 57, - Of LaFayette, Georgia passed away on Sunday, October 25, 2015. She was a member of Cove Road Church Of God and was preceded in death by her mother, Ruth Burse Davis. Survivors are her father, Ben F. Davis of Chattanooga, Tennessee; brothers and sisters, Sammy Traylor, Judy C. Davis, twin sister, Rita Vernicer Davis, and Jeffrey Davis of LaFayette, Georgia; aunt, Barbara Mathis of East Ridge, Tennessee; uncles, J. L. (Flossie) Burse, James Burse, of LaFayette, and Phillip (Bertha) Burse of Ft. Oglethorpe, Georgia; nieces, nephews, cousins; special friends, Freda Miller, Ann Truman, Bobby Ramsey, Willie Person, and other friends. Funeral Service will be on Saturday, October 31, 2015 at 2:00 p. m. at Cove Road Church Of God, LaFayette, Georgia with Bro. James Brown officiating. Her remains will lie in state at the funeral home on Friday after 11:00 a. m. and at the church from 12:00 noon until the funeral hour on Saturday. Interment, LaFayette Cemetery.
