Obituary For Barbara Ann Adams

MRS. BARBARA ANN YOUNG ADAMS – Age 66, Of Rossville, Georgia passed away Tuesday, October 27, 2015. She was a member of Mt. Peria Baptist Church and retired from Hutcheson Medical Center. Her husband, Mr. Roy Adams, father, Lindsey Goliath, Jr., brother, Lindsey Goliath Young, III, and grandson, Jaquise Heard preceded her in death. She is survived by her two daughters, Audrey Adams and Ayanna Adams of Rossville, Georgia; son, Kennon Dewayne (Patrella) Adams of Chattanooga, Tennessee; mother, Barbara Jean Strawter; mother-in-law, Betty Jean Adams of Rossville, Georgia; eight grandchildren, one great grandchild, aunts, uncles, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, November 7, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at Mt. Peria Baptist Church with Rev. Floyd Croft and Pastor Jimmy Ingram officiating. The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 6:00 P.M. until 7:30 P.M. at the church. Interment, Chattanooga National Cemetery.
